The Secret Apollo 18 Mission

Apollo 18 is a totally realistic and terrifying movie about a secret Apollo 18 mission to the moon and the discovery of intelligent and deadly extraterrestrial life. This movie, directed by Gonzalo Lopez-Gallego, scheduled for release at a theater near you on April 22, 2011, explores the idea of why we never went back to the moon after Apollo 17. The documentary style movie shows the launching and footage from Apollo 18 where everything went wrong and extraterrestrial life was discovered.

Battle of Los Angeles Movie Mixes UFO Lore and Iraq

by Lewis Wallace  Graft urban combat’s raw intensity and a back story based on real events onto an explosive alien invasion and you’ve got Battle: Los Angeles, an upcoming sci-fi movie that attempts to convey what an alien invasion might actually look like. The now-familiar videos of U.S. troops engaged in Iraq firefights informed the look and feel of the movie, said cast members and filmmakers Thursday during a Comic-Con International panel offering a first glimpse at the film.
